• Surrogates: All surrogates must meet the agency’s screening requirements, including but not limited to a full medical and psychological evaluation, background checks, and confirmation of previous successful pregnancies without complications.

3. Services Provided

Stork Connections offers comprehensive surrogacy services, including but not limited to:

• Surrogate matching with intended parents.

• Coordination of medical and legal processes.

• Post-matching support, including case management and communication facilitation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

4. Legal Representation and Contracts

Both surrogates and intended parents must retain independent legal representation. All agreements between surrogates and intended parents, including financial agreements, must be reviewed and approved by legal counsel before the surrogacy process begins. Stork Connections will not be responsible for any disputes arising from legal contracts.

5. Fees and Payments

Stork Connections charges fees for its services as detailed in the service agreement signed by intended parents. Fees include but are not limited to:

• Agency fees.

• Surrogate compensation.

• Legal and medical expenses. These fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the service agreement.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of all parties involved in the surrogacy process. Both intended parents and surrogates agree to maintain confidentiality regarding personal and medical information shared during the surrogacy journey. This obligation extends beyond the completion of the surrogacy process.
